Ivanovska O. Subject-figurative system of folklore: categorial aspect.

The dissertation is the complex research of the Ukrainian folklore as sociocultural phenomenon. In its basis there is the system-categorial text approach. It suggested the model of figurative system of Ukrainian folklore the constitutive category of which is the subjectiveness of ethnic group and socium, semiosphere of folklore; transmission of traditional meaning, narration as a function of folklore. In the functional paradigm of researches the folklor text is studied as a semiotic unit and as a way of modelling different types of reality according the rules of communicative intercourse of traditional exponents. The main textual factor is communicative intention of the addresses, embodied through the pragmatic aim of the text, intermediate element in the dialogue. The folklore text becomes intersubjunctive structure the figurants of which are the author and recipient. The category of collectivness is connected with conventioness of folklore situation meaning. Synthesyzing factors of conventionality and variationality of folklore narration thanks to which traditional meaning appears and kept are showed in research. The methodological expedience of studying folklore phenomenon has been proved in two spheres: as a function (with processional characteristics) and as a text (with its discissive characteristics). The ideas of allived humanifarian sciencies - linguistics, semiotics, cultural anthropology, sociology are used in the work and the category of subjectiviness is inserted in scientific turnover of folkloristics.
