In the dissertation is offered conceptual approach to creation of the cavitationstable coverages, which bases on the development of the criteria of choice coverages and technology of their receipt. The materials criteria of optimization the structure and composition allow to estimate firmness of coverages in the conditions of the cavitation, taking into account their mechanical descriptions is hardness and fracture toughness and size of grain structure.
