Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of the theory of surface forming of different widespread parts and creation on this base advanced cutting tools. According experience creation of the cutting tools of new types is fulfilled on a base of analysis of insufficiently developed scheme of forming. The scheme using processes of rolling of the circular cone connected with a machined part at circular cone connected with a tool. On the base of investigation such scheme the theory of design of gear-cutting ram with inclined axis was developed. The problem of the profiling form-milling cutter for machining multicogged part developed on the base of initial tool surface formed according the first method was solved. The processes of forming of the surfaces by profiling circle were considered in the dissertation. On such base the following processes were developed: with using of face milling machining of the round cylindrical surfaces and surfaces of variable bevel, the processes of forming profiling circle by abrasive disc of the rear face of twist-drill, the processes of forming along spherical surfaces with defined geometry of the cutting zone and with curvilinear cutting edge that may increase efficiency of the cutting tool. The developed processes of the forming and corresponding cutting tools were introduced at Ukrainian machine-building plants
