Essay

. Object of examination: anatomic functional disturbances of locomotorium by psoriasis. Purpose: improvement of treatment results of the sick with damages of locomotorium by psoriasis by the way of development system of integrated diagnostics, pathogenic associated treatment and rehabilitation on the basis of mechanistic study of development and evolution of anatomic functional disturbances in joints by psoriatic arthritis. Methods of examination: clinical, general laboratorial, immunological, biochemical, roentgenologic, densitometric, acoustographic, arthroscopic, anatomic and statistic. Scientific novelty: on the basis of study and carryingout of an analysis of medical statistic indexes, integrated examination in the position of system approach it is represented a new direction of mechanistic study of development, approaches to diagnos-tics and treatment of damages of locomotorium.For the first time it is: developed integrated approach by examina-tions of patients, cleared up precursory symptoms ofpsoriatic arthritis and diagnostic measures, determinated their specific weight, specificity; developed conceptual model of patho- and sanogenesis of anatomic functional disturbances by psoriatic arthritis; developed and systemized measures of a damage level of locomotorium by psoriasis, established their weight; developed pathogenic associated treatment system, which includes conservative and operative methods that are adapted to a stage and phase of the process activity; developed indications, contraindications, volume of preoperative preparation, tactics, methods of operative treatment and postoperative supporting; developed pathogenic associated system of rehabilitation treatment by the sick of psoriatic arthritis; determinated measures and their specific weight for disease forecasting.
