The object is an adaptive radio channels with systems of automatic control of power of transmitter (ACPT) for compensation of disturbing actions in the radio control channel; the aims to decision of a problem of synthesis and the analysis of automatic control systems of radiated power of transmitter (АCРT) for proecting of digitalanalogs an adaptive radio communication channels in systems of radiorelay, tropospheric and a satellite communication, and also mobile communication; the methods - the theory of analogs, discrets and digital systems of automatical control; the new approach lies in scientifically present the results of research of the method of mathematical simulation an adaptive radio communication channels with systems of ACPT with fuzzy and PID - controller; results – technical sciences.
