Essay

On the basis of development of new approaches to construction of discrete models oscillating systems, methods and algorithms of finding of their solves and analysis of stability decisions the scientific-applied problem of creation of a new class of discrete models of the oscillating systems of the random order, which have wider spectrum of the dynamical modes (such us sinusoidal, quasi-harmonic vibrations and motions, near to chaotic), is comparative with the known models. It is confirmed in theory and it is approved on the real objects of oscillating nature. This results enables to procedure optimum planning of the real oscillating objects and recognition dynamic regimes in the objects of difficult nature with the very good quality during their work in the mode of discrete time. Basic results of performance found application at planning of new electronic devices and development of the systems of reliable identification, during implementation of scientific-research and contractual works.
