Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to development of scientific and technological bases for electrical hydro pulse treatment of the main metal melt, to determining mechanism regimes and laws physical-chemical processes within liquid metal exposed to pulse pressure by means of EDGEV guide, and to deterferrous alloys, which are directed to increase properties of hardware. The mathematical model described transformation process of electrical energy in to acoustical pressure waves is devised. The criterions of effective realization of the method and optimum regimes of influence providing favorable changes of cast metal structure and properties are determined. The general laws, which describe structure changes of castings are determined with respect to essential various chemical compositions of alloys. The industrial approbation of de-veloped technological EHPT processes for ferrous and non - ferrous alloys, confirming them tehniko, is conducted - economic efficiency, and also introduction of the created technologies and equipment is carried out in the casting workshops of different enterprises
