The dissertation focuses on the elaboration of the main theoretical points of the forming and the functioning of the hydroecosystems of the small reservoirs having different special purpose under conditions of the increasing anthropogenic loading, ways of the improvement of the quality of water of the eutrophic water ecosystems' by means of the biomeliorative analyses. In the result of the long standing ecological monitoring activities in 56 small reservoirs, the total area is 12,8 thousands hectares, intended for the drinking and the process water- supply and the irrigative agricultural needs, the main components of the abiotic and the biotic subsystems have beeninvestigated, their integral ecological value was made, were defined the main peculiarities and the regularities of the forming bioproductional poterihl. It was proved that the most part of the reservoirs with the drinking and the process waters' were characterized by "the strong polluted)) state of the ecosystem in consequence of the excessive progress of the phytoplankton, the irrigative reservoirs have had "the strong polluted)) state of the ecosystem under the influence of the phytoplankton's biomasses, the increased concentration of the chlorides and the sulphates, the pool-accumulators of waste irrigative waters are in the critical state due to the high mineralisation, the increased concentration of the chlorides, the sulphates and the phosphates. According to the polluted level by the toxic elements and the radiational elements the pools are, in general, in the satisfied ecological state. The possibility of the stabilisation and the improvement of the waters' quality of the eutrophic small reservoirs has been defined with the help of the biomeliorative method by means of the ichthyofauna forming. The accordance of the fish production of the fish-meliorators was established for the content of the ions of the heavy metals and the radiational elements to the medico-biological demands, which have been aimed to the raw materials and the foodstuffs. The ecologicai-trophic classificational system and the cameral mathematical model of the ecosystems of the small reservoirs of the different level of the eutrophication has been proposed. The strategy of the compensational natural and the water protected ways, aimed to the stabilization and the improvement of the ecological state of the small eutrophical pools that has to be realized in complex according to the space, the technological and the biological aspects has been developed.
