Essay

The aim of the research is the airlift power intensity reduction at the expense of its rationally chosen parameters, based on the gas-liquid lift operation patterns. The research object is the process of water (hydro mixture) transportation (lift) made by the compressed air in the airlift vertical pipe. The research subject is the airlift operation parameters, such as feed, air consumption, speed, pressure and capacity of the air-liquid flow and its components. The science novelty consists in the fact of getting values of the criteria of boundaries of existence of air-liquid flow ammunition, emulsion and circular-type structures in the industrial airlift lifting pipes, and in the developed physical and mathematical models of the operation with the corresponding gas-liquid mixtures as well as in the airlift bubble operation model. The physical limit of the feed of the airlift with the lifting and feeding pipes is well founded. The practical significance is in its application during the creation of thegas-liquid lifts of the high technical level: mathematical and software for their functioning modeling, new methods of operation, defense and control of the airlifts and its elements, the developed methods of identification of characteristics, rational maintenance spheres, and the airlift optimal operation modes. Implementation - hydraulic rams and dewatering plants in power engineering and mining.
