Essay

Dissertation is devoted to creation of scientific bases of the automatic balancing of shaft knot at tooling of details, which have the structural-conditioned mental instability by means of directed power influence on the technological system and decline of level of vibrations of machine-tool. On the basis of the built morphological matrix there are developed new charts and system of the automatic balancing of shaft knot, which has a hydraulic drive for the turn of correcting masses in position of compensation of technological disbalance. It was developed and investigated the mathematical model of drive for automatic compensation of vectors of dynamic unbalancing of shaft, which allows to operate the process of braking of correcting disks by means of forces of liquid friction, which are created in the interface «correcting disc – braking piston» with determination of transitional descriptions of motion of piston, pressure in hydrocylinder and brake moment. The considered kinematics and dynamics of balancing of technological disbalance by correcting disks which set on shaft in one and two areas of corrections, and showed mechanism of turn of correcting disk in position of compensation of technological disbalance, that determines the change of angle of turn of disk from the angle of turn of shaft in relative motion. The errors of centering of shaft with a disbalance are definite, that there are as a result of insensitivity of correcting masses and deformation of the technological system here the got differential evening which allow to define displacement of shaft taking into account the specified coordinates of elements of the system. On the basis of theoretical researches there is created method of designing and new constructions of devices for the automatic centering of unbalancing shaft knot of machine-tool.
