Object: Napoleon and those figures from its environment which defined or mediocre influenced a policy of France concerning Russia. Aim: reproduction and an explanation of the relation of the French political elite of time of Napoleon to southwest suburbs of Russian empire. Methods: explanatory model, reconstruction of collective representations, micro - psiho - lingvo - analyses. Results: the new hypothesis of the relation of Napoleonic France to the Eastern Europe is put forward, the characteristic of intentions and actions of the government of Napoleon concerning southwest provinces of Russian empire is deepened.
