Essay

Object: dynamics of subsystems of quasiparticles excita-tions in the condensed media of a different morphology. Goal: establishment of conformities to the law of the fluctuation forming, temporal and spatial evolution of subsystems of charged and discharged bosons in the conditions of structural and kinematics anisotropy in superfluidity 4Не and HTSC of the system 1-2-3. Methods: Method of thermal impulses at extremely low temperatures, magnetic and transport measurements. New results: the aggregate of results allows developing scientific basis of a new direction of cryogenics, which consists in dynamics of subsystems of quasiparticles excitations in the conditions of structural and kinematics anisotropy. Employment: results are substantial for development of the condensed matter physics at low and extremely low temperatures. Introduction: results are important for development of technique of low temperature experiment, prognostication of HTSC with high currents ability, providing of components for making and test of memory cells, high sensitivity elements of reading and super-high-speed flow lines on the basis of HTSC.
