Kotsjumbas G. Morphofunctional changes in a brain of rats, pigs and poultry at experimental T-2 toxicosis and at use of hypochloryte sodium solutions

Object of research – change morphogenesis of central neurosystem and pathogenesis of animals micotoxicosis. The purpose of research – to study pathomorphology and morphology of change of brain, prove pathogenic mechanisms of attacks on central neurosystem of white rats, piglets and hens at experimental T-2 toxicosis and to determine nеurometabolic effect of hypochloryte sodium solutions (HSS), got on different electrochemical equipments. Methods of research – toxicological, clinic-anatomic, morphological, biochemical, immunological, histological, histochemical, electro-microscopic and biochemical tissues of cerebrum, morphometric, statistical. Scientific novelty of work: the dynamics of structural changes is for the first time studied and the detailed analysis is conducted LPO and the activity of AOS enzymes in the different morphofunctional areas of cerebrum of white rats, piglets and hens for chronic experimental Т-2 toxicosis. It is set that the low concentrations of HSS solutions show expressed neurometabolic action, reduce the gypoxy state of brain. Application of HSS solutions is effective at the toxic stage of poisoning, in the conditions of toxins circulation in blood. It is offered: treatment of Т-2 toxicosis of poultry, by drinking solution of HSS in the concentration of 20 mg/l. It is inculcated: in an educational process at the study of discipline “Pathological anatomy of animals”, scientific researches Lviv national university of veterinary medicine and biotechnology under the name of S.Z. Gzhitskiy, National agrarian university. There were developed and ratified technical terms by the chairman of the State department of veterinary medicine of Ukraine “Solution of sodium hypochlorite” (TT U 24.4-00485670-047-2004) and “Septox” (TT U 24.4-33636972-001-2006).
