Object of research - processes of reception measurement information on values of physical quantities by their transformation to time intervals. Object of research - IMS which measuring channels function on the basis of time representation of the measuring information. Research methods are based on use: theories of measurements, theories of dimensions of physical quantities, theories of signals, theories of errors of measurements, the mathematical analysis, integral calculus, the theory of sets, methods of the theory of functions and the functional analysis, the theory of electric circuits, theories of automatic control and the fuzzy analysis. The work purpose is to increase the resolution and a noise stability of measurements and also reduction power in IMS in a complex due to construction of their measuring channels on the basis of time representation the values of measured quantities and transition to a pulse operating mode. Theoretical and practical results - were developed theoretical bases on IMSconstruction which use time intervals as the basic form of representation the measuring information on values of physical quantities; principles of creation the measuring channels IMS which are based on use of new methods and devices for realization measuring transformations or on the basis of use classical measuring schemes which work are organized behind new principles, on the basis of using the pulse test signals; new methods and devices were developed for measuring transformation of physical quantities on time intervals, mathematical models of such transformations were received. Degree of introduction - within the limits of branch. Sphere (branch) of use - the enterprises of the radiotechnical industry, specialized sites of service measuring engineering, the regional research-and-production centers of metrology, standardization and certification.
