Vakhovych I. Methodological bases of forming and realization of regional policy of the financial provision of sustainable development

Object - is process of providing of steady development of regions of Ukraine by the financial tool of regional policy; purpose - is development of theoretical and methodological principles of transition to steady development of regions of Ukraine on the basis of formation and realization of regional policy of the financial providing of balanced development of social, economic and ecological spheres; methods – logical generalization, synthesis, analysis, comparison, economically statistical, strategic analysis design, structurally-functional, programmatic-having а special purpose, graphic and cartographic; а novelty is development and deepening of theoretically-methodological principles of the financial providing of regional development, which is directed on achievement of balance in social, economic and ecological spheres of regions; results – it is developed: conceptual model of the financial providing of balanced development of region on the basis of formation of priorities directions of redistribution of financial streams; motivational mechanisms of the effective use and division of financial resources at regional level; it is inculcated – at the formation of the program of the rational use and guard of naturally-resource potential of Volyn region in 2006-2010 years and for а period to 2015 year, at estimation of the fiscal, investment providing of region, diagnostics of level of concealment of profits of population, establishment of social, economic and ecological priorities of the development of regions; industry is а regional economy.
