Umanets T. Methodology of estimation of regional economic development in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine

An object is the processes of estimation of regional economic development; a purpose is development of теоретико-methodological bases of measuring of regional economic development and ground of recommendations scientific-methodical and practical on the improvement of the informative providing of management by economic development of region; methods are cognitions, istoriko-logicheskiy, retrospective, systems analysis, statistical, rating; a novelty is the aggregate of basic conclusions - this new decision in development of conception of synthesis of mechanisms of management by economic development of region on the base of sistemno-deyatelnostnogo approach, which will perfect the process of forming of the program and strategy of socio-economic development of region; results - it is developed: conception of synthesis of mechanisms of management by economic development on the basis of sistemno-deyatelnostnogo approach; principles of classification of regions of Ukraine on signs which take into account the structural changes of national economy of Ukraine, model of process of reflection management by economic development of region, method of integral estimation of regional economic development of region, allowing to estimate influence of market transformations on the structure of national economy and efficiency of intervention from the state in economic activity of region; industry is a regional economy.
