Object of research: process of formation, realization and development of regional industrial policy of a social orientation. The purpose of research: development of theoretical, methodological and methodical rules and practical recommendations concerning formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of regional industrial politics of a social orientation on the basis of marketing. Methods of research: synthesis both analysis; system and complex approach; matrix; economic-mathematical; statistical and graphic; interrogations; АВС-ХYZ-analysis. Theoretical results: the conceptual bases of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of regional industrial policy of a social orientation are developed. Practical results: means of realization of organizational maintenance of regional industrial policy; the methodical approaches to formation cluster incorporations; technique of an estimation of economic benefit from introduction of the consumer/marketing standard; model of optimization of assortment at a regional level. Scientific novelty: the economic mechanism of maintenance of manufacture and selling of consumer goods in region is proved, the conceptual bases concerning the organizational and economic mechanism of formation and realization of regional industrial policy of a social orientation are developed, the scientific-methodical approach to construction of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of regional industrial politics is proved. Are advanced: the methodical approaches to an estimation of quality life of the people in borders of region and construction of a card cluster incorporations, system of parameters of an estimation of economic benefit from introduction of the consumer/marketing standard, model of optimization of structure of assortment of the goods at a regional level, matrix methods of the strategic analysis of regional industrial policy. Has received of the further development definition of organizational maintenance of regional industrial policyon the basis of marketing. Sphere of use is the activity of the executive bodies of authority, regional state administrations, territorial and branch bodies of management, scientific establishments, higher educational institutions.
