Object: the patients with the closed injuries of knee-joint. Purpose: – to build a new conception about the acute injuries of bursal – ligamentous apparatus of knee-joint with its successive verification, diagnostic –medically, by rehabilitation and organizational measures. Methods: the theoretical methods of research: the systems approach and conceptual modelling as a methodology of a scintific cognition and a realization of system presentations. Clinical method of research: the clinical supervisions, roentgenologic, magnetically resonance tomoghaphy, statistical analysis. Research materials are included to the lecture course and methodical pointing to practical employments of department of traumatology, orthopaedy and neuro-surgery of the Zaporozhia state medical university.The sphere of using is traumatology and orthopaedies.
