The dissertation is devoted to the development of methods and means of synthesis calculus and design of monitoring systems for technical diagnostics of machine. The conseption of technical diagnostics of machine on the base of monitoring systems is formulated. The typical methods for design of monitoring systems with forecast spesial conditions for trustworthiness, quality and quantity of sensors are created. The methods of estimation of the accurancy of the experlimental monitoring system are developed. The optimal time period for technical diagnostic of machine on the base of the functional optimization criteria is proposed. The program codes "MONITOR-S".
