The fundamental thermodynamic characteristics base of Bor-, Silicon- and Nitrogen containing peroxides has been established by the experimental and calculating methods. The additive schemes were applied for their enthalpies characteristics calculation.The connection between peroxides thermodynamic characteristics and their structure have been defined.The liquid-vapour equilibria of Silicon containing peroxide binary sistems were determined.
