Essay

The thesis is devoted to identification of nanosize ferroelastic domain structure of crystals by white beam X-ray diffraction methods. Forecast approach of ferroelastic polydomain configuration was proposed. Effect of oxygen vacancies localization into area of domain walls results in additional mechanism of oxygen diffusion along domain walls. It was proposed to use ferroelastic boundary for receiving of lineary polarized beams.
