Object: - is process of management by innovative development of regional economy. Purpose - theoretical positions, basic principles, methodology and methodical aspects of forming of organizational-economic mechanism of management by innovative development of regional economy.Methods: history-economic analysis, systems approach, economical-mathematical design. Novelty - First: methodological approach to forming of organizational-economic mechanism of management by innovative development of region is developed; it is grounded and offered financial mechanism, how component part of organizational-economic mechanism of innovative transformation of region is; the structure of organizational-economic mechanism of management by innovative development of region is developed; conformity to the law of investing of innovative processes at a different hieratic level of model of innovative development of region is exposed.
