Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of boundary-value and mixed problems with the partial differential equations in pieces homogeneous media. New classes of integral and hybrid integral transforms of Meler-Fok type which result from generalized differential Legendres operator were introduced. New classes of invariant differential equations with generalized Legendres operator in Euclidean domains and Riemann diversity were studied.
