The thesis is devoted to theoretical and technological bases of sand blends and refractory compositions inoculation, their merits investigation, composition optimization, determination of their interaction with superalloys melts experimental-industrial tests and manufacturing application of the developments. The inoculation by disperse powder of B, Al, Si, Ti and their mixtures are proposed for running ability level increase of casting molds, rods, and fluxes.
