Krivov V. Scientifically- methodical ground of ecologically safe land-terms

The dissertation is dedicated to development of theory-methodological and applied problems of improving the territorial organization of newly-created agrarian formations; optimization of areas' structure in farming; improving of land usage and protection at forming of new agrarian formations on grounds of constant development of land-tenures.There were made complex researches of scientific grounds of forming of new system of land-tenures in market conditions, deepen substantiation of theory-methodological grounds of land protection from its degradation processes by transition to market conditions of management in this work. There are also substantiated theoretical grounds, essences and methodology of crisis ecological phenomena in land-tenures; worked out methodological approaches to essence and role of conservation of degradated and underproductive soil of arable areas in forming land-tenures to market conditions and development of constant ecologically balanced agrarian landscapes here. Here were also deepen theoretical grounds of essences of land-tenures in market conditions. There are also substantiated methodological approaches to organization of land-tenures on grounds of constant development and protection of newly-created agrarian formations.
