Essay

The dissertation is based on discovering pathogenetic mechanisms of vascular damages in SLE patients and on the elaboration of differentiated approaches to medicamental correction. In this work on the ground of complex investigation of new and traditional risk factors and their combinations pathogenetic mechanisms of cardiovascular damage formation were studied the thesis concerning these factor combinations was formulated the most dangerous ones were defined the necessity of differentiated pharmacotherapy depending on risk factor set in a specific patient was proved. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
