The complete description of asymptotic behaviour of arguments and logarithmic derivatives of meromorphic functions of completely regular growth in the sense of A.A. Kondratyuk in integral metrics is given. A. Zygmund's problem on characterization of zero sequences of Blaschke products with bounded integral means of their logarithms is solved. The representation problem for meromorphic functions as quotients of entire functions without common zeroes are considered.
