The dissertation contains a new campaign at the decision of a scientific problem which assumes improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with consequences of a polystructural trauma of the upper extremity on the basis of the differentiated surgical treatment system elaboration taking into account heaviness and character of damages. In the work 389 medical cases of patients with consequences of trauma of the upper extremity who passed survey in traumatologic Medical social expert commission were analyzed and results of treatment of 465 patients with consequences of a polystructural trauma of the upper extremity were studied. The reasons of physical inability, errors and complications of treatment of patients were studied. Classification of a polystructural trauma of the upper extremity and system of definition of anatomic loss is offered. Changes in hand fingers flexor muscles owing to tenotomy were studied in case of consequences of a polystructural trauma. Systems of an assessment of acondition of the injured extremity and surgical treatment of patients with consequences of a polystructural trauma of the upper extremity are offered.
