Essay

Object of research is processing of discretely presented measuring information about geometry of objects; Subject of research is the methods, components and computer optic-electronic systems for localization and determining of geometric parameters of objects; methods of research - theory of signals, digital representation of images, methods of spatial processing of images and their edges detection, methods of optic-electronic devices construction, theory of measuring and errors, mathematical modeling, interpolation methods, basics of discrete mathematics and computer processing; Purpose of research is to increase the accuracy of objects geometric parameters determining by creating new subpixel methods of processing of discrete measuring information in optic-electronic systems and their components; theoretical and practical results - theoretical basics for proving new methods of subpixel localization of simple elements of images are created; a method of subpixel localization of edge detection of measuring object is created; a method of subpixel localization of maximum intensity of the light spot as well as a method of object binarization and edge detector based on finding common points of filtered images are developed; hardware, software and algorithms for COES are developed; main metrological characteristics of information measuring channels of COES of objects geometric parameters are evaluated; algorithms of subpixel determining of edge and light spot peak coordinates, algorithms of edge detection and binarization are developed and introduced; experimental embodiment of COES of liquid surface tension measuring, COES of footstep parameters measuring, COES of human bearing measuring are developed; rate of introduction - within the branch; sphere (branch of use) - mechanical and radio engineering, microbiology laboratories, centers of human locomotor system treatment.
