Essay

The Thesis presents results of a fundamental study of endemism as a key concept in plant geography. The primary rules of endemism are revealed. Crimean flora is established as a classical model for studying the phenomenon of endemism. The priority of narrow endemics in phytodiversity conservation is justified.
