The object of investigation is nature as one of the ultimate concepts of philosophy. The subject of investigation is modern philosophical discourse about nature. The objective of investigation is to discover the peculiarities of modern philosophical discourse about nature as a cultural and scientific phenomenon.The aim Methods: phenomenological, hermeneutical, historical and philosophical. Theoretical results and their novelty: this thesis represents a new version of philosophy of nature as an investigation of the human presense, which questions the character of its being in this world, nature and science, and thematizes multidimensional space of complementary relations of "the nature" concept with consciousness, unconscious, culture, education, ethics and science.Practical significance of the work: the materials of the dissertation may be used in the further investigation of the phenomena of nature and culture, the philosophy of nature and the philosophy of ecological crisis.
