Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving of treatment results at patients with different types of Parkinson disease using different types of stereotaxic operations combined with injections of neuroinduced autological stromal stem cells, and to comparative analysis of the injected embryonic neural cells (ENC) and bone marrow stromal stem cells (BMSSC) effectiveness on experimental models of Parkinson-like syndrome (PS) and cryogenic brain injury (CBI). On the basis of experimental research analysis the following conclusions were made: -experimental CBI in rats and rabbits is achieved by dosed cryogenic destruction of motor cortex area; -experimental PS accompanied by specific motor and morphological disorders and decrease of dopamine (DA) level was obtained as a result of two-sided substantia nigra electrolytic destruction; -it was proved that stereotaxic injection of ENC in case of PS leads to normalization of DA level in brain structures of experimental animals; -injected BMSSC induced by neural way were distributed in the area of electrolytic and cryogenic destruction both in cases of PS and CBI and it promoted restoration of the injured area and regress of movement disorders. On the basis of treatment results analysis at 93 Parkinson patients with different kinds of differential treatment have been worked out.The use of intraoperational computer tomography during stereotaxic operations made possible to increase effectiveness of surgical treatment up to 30%.
