Essay

Research object: process of interaction of a vibrating field created by the mechanical resonator with controllable substance, which forms reaction as change of frequency of fluctuations of the mechanical resonator, which bears the information on structure and properties of controllable substance. Research purpose: Substantiation of theoretical bases of development and introduction, perspective vibrating methods to the control of mass density of liquids and gases, rule(situation) of border of the unit of liquids or liquid and gas, mass concentration of a narrow fraction of a firm phase of systems a liquid firm, in conditions of fluctuations of temperature, pressure, speed of current of a liquid or density, liquid phase of systems a liquid firm. Research methods and apparatus: at theoretical researches for creation of bases of the ad-vanced vibrating methods of the control the methods of increase of accuracy, sensitivity both reliability of the control of structure and properties of liquids and gases were used by indemnification of additional errors from fluctuations of pressure and temperature. The methods of the theory of fluctuations determine dependences of own frequencies tubular, as plates and cylindrical resonators from controllable and interfering parameters, the conditions of their indemnification are found. The methods of the theory of automatic control determine errors, which are brought in by auto oscillatory system of the mechanical resonator to results of the control and the con-ditions of their reduction are found. The results achieved on accuracy and reliability of the control of density of a liquid are checked up by a method of passive experiment in real conditions of operation.Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of the de-veloped mathematical models of vibrating methods of the control and the definitions of structure, liquids and gases are offered methods of creation of vibrating gauges of mass density of a liquid and gas, concentration of a narrow fraction of a firm phase of systems a liquid firm, rule of border of the unit of liquids or liquid and gas for condi-tions of sharp fluctuations of temperature, pressure, speed of current of controllable substance, density of a liquid phase of systems a liquid firm. Novelty: The vibrating method of the control of density of a liquid or gas is developed which consists in comparison of frequencies (periods) of auto fluctuations of two plates or cylindrical mechanical resonators, which contact to controllable substance, way: the control on a difference of frequencies (periods) of auto fluctuations of resonators, density with the given sensitivity; maintenance of identi-cal changes of frequencies (periods) of auto fluctuations ofboth resonators from influence of temperature, pressure; reduction of nonlinearity of the characteristic of transfor-mation; temperatures on the received mean-ing(importance) of density and frequencies (periods) of resonators.
