Object: system "metal-adsorbate-gas", semibounded metal, chemically reacting systems. Aim: development of the quantum statistical theory of reaction-diffusion processes in "metal-adsorbate-gas" system. Methods: nonequilibrium statistical operator, functional integration. Results: quantum statistical theory of reaction-diffusion processes in system with "metal-gas" interface is proposed. Applications: surface science, catalys processes theory.
