Object – economic relations, which will realize in act of management by development of industrial region complex. Aim - development of theoretical and methodological bases of management by development of industrial region complex. Methods - of system analysis and synthesis, synergetic conceptions, logical generalization and complex-having a special purpose approach, economic-mathematical modeling, statistic and technique-economic analysis. Novelty - for the first time formulated a region development paradigm in conditions of information economy. Result - offered new methodological and methodical recommendations and concrete applied decisions as for inculcation of developed organizationally-economic mechanisms into system of regional management.
