Essay

For the first time the profound analysis of the character of functioning of oral epic tradition and its regional peculiarities was made on the material of the folklore records of the 18th - the beginning of the 21th centuries. The main ways of translation folklore heritage was traced in the thesis. Also the investigation of the change of genre picture of the world in legends and retellings of the region was shown.The dissertation aims at the research of specific features of historical songs and the character of transformation traditional for lyric poems in postcossack period on the territory of the former Zaporozhy.
