The purpose - definition of teoretiko-methodical approaches to formation of the regional market of grain, its forecasting розвития, working out of mechanisms of stable functioning of the regional market and practical actions for increase of competitiveness of the Ukrainian grain in the world market. Methods - the system approach and a complex of methods of economic researches: groupings, the index and koreljatsionno-regressive analysis, questioning, a monographic method.
