Object of research - process of transfer of the information in the problem-oriented computer systems with taking into account of existing recommendations, reports and technologies of construction of communication means. Subject of research - methods of adaptive control of process of transfer of the information in the problem-oriented distributed computer systems on the basis of the received results of testing of a liaison channel. Methods of research are based on the theory of automatic control, the theory of the information and coding, imitating and mathematical modelling, the likelihood analysis, spectral, sequent and the wavelet-analysis, and a filtration of signals.
