Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of the important scientifically-applied problem. It is creation of highly effective providing facilities of the thermal modes of the perspective computing devices and control systems on basis scientifically well-founded ways of structurally-technological realization of diphasic technologies in basic types constructions of the computing devices and management on a new element base taking into account the penculiarity of their structures. Devices energy effectivity and reliability are raised on the basis of temperature reduction of element base. There is also reduced of energy consumption of the providing systems of the difficult calculable complexes thermal modes.It have been realized by heat pipes due to the hydraulic resistance reduction of aquatic highwau and its energy consumption/ The got scientific and practical results allow to extend functional possibilities of perspective highly productive computing devices and management technique on a new element base with raised specific and integral thermal excretions. The results also can be used in an electronic, radio and electrical engineering. Work results are introduced and used on 14 enterprises, organizations and one institute of higher education.
