Dissertation is devoted to the problem of improvement of treatment results of patients with hip osteoarthritis and dystrophic disorders of the low-back spine, by developing methods of disease prognostication and system of diagnostic and treatment measures. The work is based on analysis of 516 patients. Researches were conducted through clinical, radiographic, biomechanical, electro-physiological and statistical methods.
