Essay

The object of the research is disorder media and systems far from equilibrium. The purpose: development of the theory of stochastic physical and astrophysical systems, described by fractional derivative in time. Methods: analytical methods of statistical physics. New results: from the subordination theory of stochastic processes the equation of subdiffusion has been derived, the description of slow relaxation in physical processes has been suggested, the hamiltonian equations of fractional oscillator has been derived, and their properties have been studied. The diffusive model to the motion of magnetic bright point in the solar photosphere has been found. The field of applications: statistical physics, heliophysics and radiophysics.
