Theoretical, methodological and applied solutions of research and practical problem of creating organizational-economic mechanism of purposeful influence on regional economics competitiveness by actualization the competences of regional officials into management systems are being arrived at. The main scientific notion – building of motivational conditions of orientation of all parts of economic development process on phased achievement of global regional economics management systems standards. Motivational management ensuring is based on regional officials’ competences actualization system. Applied problem in the thesis – development of scientifically grounded organizational-economic conditions in regions that allows to remove the problem situation that consists in growing competitiveness lagging of Ukrainian economics in comparison with world countries. Benchmarking as central research method is amplified with motivational methods that stimulate managers of all levels of economics to achieve the world standards of development step-by-step.
