Object of researches: Morphogenesis of lymphoid formations of intestine of calves of the neonatal and milk calves. The purpose of research - to set conformities to the law of morphogenesis of lymphoid formations of intestine of calves of neonatal and milk calves. Methods of research: - macroscopic; microscopic immunological Scientific novelty of work: It is proved that a complex which has diffuse and knot components makes lymphoid formations of intestine of calves of new-born and suckling period a lymphocyte-tissue. By lymphocyte-tissue complex exists as accumula-tions of cages of lymphoid row, being in an associa-tion with the cellular and fibred elements of mucous membrane and submucous basis of intestine. It is introduced: The results of research of morphogenesis of lymphocyte-tissue complex of intestine of calves of mteonataly period entered in methodical recommendations Methods of estima-tion of имунной insufficiency for new-born calves: methodical recommendations.
