Research object – processes of development of regional agroindustrial production of Ukraine. Aim – development of theoretical-methodological principles of management development of agroindustrial production, grounds of the new going near determination of priorities and directions realization of regional policy of Ukraine in the agroindustrial sector of economy. Methods: spatial, economic, statistical, sociological, system-structural analysis. Results: strategy of effective development of regional agroindustrial production is first grounded, leverage adjusting of development of agroindustrial production of region is improved. Use: in activity of Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, in the educational process of the Mykolayiv State Agrarian University.
