Dissertation is open essence and clinical importance of the telemedicine in traumatology and orthopedics. High diagnostic efficiency of the telemedicine in traumatology and orthopedics and its positive influence to clinical work-flow were proved by valid statistic analysis. Telemedicine in traumatology and orthopedics has valid risk reduction of bad clinical outcomes and in 2-6,5 times increase odds for good outcomes. Clinical conception of telemedicine application in traumatology and orthopedics for modern health care system of Ukraine had been developed.
