Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to development of scientific assertions of swirling flow hydrodynamics inside and outside of rotating permeable cylinder and conformities to the law of suspended particle motion close to it outer surface for perfection of rotary filters of mechanical cleaning of liquids and other devices with passing of liquid through the lateral surface of rotating cylinder. The methods of hydrodynamic losses decrease, management the mode of liquid flow and suspended particle motion near-by the outer surface of cylinder are elaborated.
