Boyko I. The surgical treatment and medical and social expert of patients with consequence of the elbow joint trauma

The dissertation work contains the new approach to decision of the scientific problem, which provides the improvement a result surgical treatment of the patients with consequence of the elbow joint traumas on base of the analysis of the three-dimensional mathematical models "bone-device of external fixation" that has allowed to develop and biomechanically to motivate the design of the ball joint for device of external fixation and develop the method of minimum invasive of distraction arthrolysis without undertaking the axial pin that allows with maximum efficiency to restore motion in elbow joint. In work results of the treatment 133 patients with consequence of the damages of the elbow joint are analysed, which were divided into two groups. The analysis of the clinical material and medical and social deals sick has allowed to develop the system of the estimation of the reduction to functions to upper limb for sick damages with consequence of the elbow joint that has allowed to simplify entry of the identical decision physician-expert for restrictions to their vital activity, clinical and labor forecast, as well as create the plan of the undertaking individual rehabilitation action. On base of the analysis of the clinical material is designed in principal new individual programs to medical rehabilitation, which clinical approbation has allowed vastly to raise efficiency of the treatment and quality to lifes of the patients with consequence of the elbow joint trauma
