Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to the establishing of regularities between peculiarities of interior structure construction of ferroelectic and ferromagnetic nanosystems (domain walls (DW) in ferroelectic (FE) and magnetic films, ferromagnetic clusters) both their magnetic and electrical properties. The formalism of study of magnetic properties of ferromagnetic clusters which allows on known of atomic magnetic moment and spatial atomic structure, using Monte-Carlo computing method, to predict magnetic characteristics is offered. It is shown that surfase of FE film causes a shift of DW oscillations" frequency. The possibility of quantum tunneling of the DW substructural inhomogeneouses through defect in uniaxial magnetic films is proved in the WKB approximation.
