Object – process of development of housing economy of cities of Ukraine on the modern stage of perfection of market relations; purpose – ground of teoretiko-metodologicheskikh principles and conception of perfection of development of housing economy of cities of Ukraine taking into account factors what influence on forming of housing fund and management by him in the conditions of sharpening of socio-economic problems, research, it is based on principles and methods of approach of the systems, structural analysis, historical analysis and comparison, balance, mathematical design; methods – analysis of the systems and structural, historical analysis and comparison, balance, funkcional'no-planiruemogo design; to mathematical formalization; novelty – conception of development of housing economy of cities of Ukraine and certainly basic directions its realization is developed in the context of housing policy on a prospect; results – theoretical principles of development of housing economy are in the structure of national economy as aggregate of financial and immaterial constituents, that will unite a housing fund and control system by him in the unique indivisible complex, which simultaneously is part of economic and social space; it is inculcated in economic practice.
