Essay

Dissertation is devoted to study the pathmorphological changes at pigs chlamydios. The complex investigation of pathomorphological changes at pigs chlamydios with use of methods for pathological and anatomical postmortem examination, histological, histochemical, electronnomicroscopic researches at animals of different age categories took place for the fist time. Pneumonia with lymphocyteous and histiocyteous lungs connective tissue infiltration, extravasation to the organs with parenchyma, tumor and inflammation of lymphatic ganglions are characteristic of all pigs age groups. More over, hidrotorax, ascytis, myocardium concentrical tumor, katarrhal enteritis, gallbladder expanding are developed at still-born porkers and sucking-pigs. Festering, festering and necrotic pneumonia local extracapillary glomerulonefritis, prolefirational and necrotical endometritis and miometritis, seminifearous epithelium necrosis and growing thickly of fibrillar connective tissue between testicle tubules are characteristic of adult animals and animals leave off feeding. Hyalinosis and vascular system trombosis are being observed at different organs and tissues. There is an exhressive violation of protein metabolism and carbohydratic conneetions at chlamydios; violation of synthetic and energetical apparatus, ribosomes at the first turn, granular and smoth endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondrium are being developed in cells. The tumor of mesentery and small bowels wall, expressed extravasation into different organs and tissues are registered at the experimental chlamydios reproduction on piglits -gnotobiots except changes which are being developed at animals in the conditions of production. At the experimental reproduction of disease at white mise pathomorphological changes are identical to changes have been registreted at pigs in the conditions of production.
